2022 Gladstone Harbour Festival

Picture
n 2022 the Gladstone Harbour Festival celebrates its 60th year!

To celebrate this milestone, Creative Recycling Centre will be inviting the children and families to help create a 60th Commemorative Community Magazine!

60th Commemorative Community Magazine

What are your fondest memories of the Gladstone Harbour Festival?

On both Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th April, CRC will invite chi
ldren and families share their favourite memory or experience of the Gladstone Harbour Festival to help create a commemorative community magazine.  We will have a range of drawing and writing materials to document your memories in your own creative way and create a page for the magazine.    This activity will encourage families and friends to connect and share their memorable experiences at the Gladstone Harbour Festival over the years and across generations.

The completed pages will be collated to create a digital 60th commemorative community magazine.

For those unable to attend the event in person, you can create a page at home and submit an online entry for  the digital magazine.

Online Entries: How to create your own magazine page...

Using an A5 piece of paper (fold an A4 page in half) create a picture or write words which express your favourite memory of the Gladstone Harbour Festival over the years.
Scan or take a picture of your completed page (PDF or JPEG image files are acceptable) and email it to info@creativerecyclingcentre.com with your first name and age.
Online page submissions close at 5pm Friday 22 April 2022.
